This is a request to book an Indoor Town of Ajax Facility, Request to book the following facilities using the applicable application form:
Venue Availability: We have an online booking calendar showing the current availability of our facilities, this can be used to assist you with determining availability for your preferred rental dates before you begin the rental request process View Availability/Book Online | Town of Ajax, Recreation & Culture - ActiveAjax - Online Service.
This request does not guarantee, secure or hold the facility date and time. Bookings are not firm until payment has been made, all applicable documentation has been received, and a rental permit has been created. Staff will review your request on a first-come, first-serve basis during regular business office hours and will reach out via phone or email to continue the rental process.
Insurance requirement: All functions/events booked in Town facilities or on Town property require commercial general liability insurance. Insurance fees are in addition to the facility rental fee and are mandatory. Rates vary and will be determined at the time of booking. The Town reserves the right to determine or amend the insurance requirements based on, but not limited to, risk assessment and event size.
All customers submitting the booking request form must be 18 years or older and be present at the facility during the event.
