Town of Ajax By-Law Services officers are responsible for enforcing all of the Town's Parking related by-laws.
Overnight on-street parking is proactively enforced. We do not accept any additional overnight parking complaints to ensure consistency throughout the Town.
If you live in a privately owned condo corporation or multi-residential unit, please report your parking concern(s) to your superintendent or property management company.
Please note: Anonymous complaints are not accepted, your name, address, email address and phone number are required for a complaint to be generated. Enforcement staff may contact you to verify the information provided.
If you have received a Parking Penalty Notice, options to pay or dispute are listed on the back of your ticket.
