Municipal Lottery licenses are issued to organizations that are either classified as a Non-Profit or Charities as defined by the Canada Revenue Agency. If you have questions about the status of your organization, please visit the CRA website.

Processing times for lottery applications vary depending on the type of license requested and whether the organization has previously been issued a lottery license by the Town of Ajax. For first time applicants or organizations, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
